VERIFICATION, POLICY & REUSE
For Blancco Drive Eraser, the manufacturer publishes ADISA verification against NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 and IEEE 2883:2022 for tested media types. Support is assessed by product, version, media type and erasure method; this is not a blanket compliance claim for every product or process.
Verified erasure enables functional equipment to return to use when your policy and the media type permit it.
The next step depends on asset condition, policy and data sensitivity. Supporting sustainability goals is not a blanket claim of ESG compliance.
